RETURN POLICY

  • HigherPrecision.com, LLC only accepts unused products returned within 30 days of the purchase date with an RGA to be provided (as long as the mfg. will take the product back)
  • Returned products will be subject to inspection.
  • Upon inspection, if the product appears to be used, the returned product will be shipped back to the end user and no refund will be issued.
  • Returns are not subject to mishandling, abuse, misuse or any self-maintenance on the product. Any self-maintenance on a product will usually void the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Please contact HigherPrecision.com, LLC for a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) code prior to returning a product.
  • If a product is drop shipped direct from a manufacturer, product returns are dependent upon the manufacturer
  • All returns are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. (6/1/2018)
  • All Mitutoyo returns are subject to a restocking fee if no offsetting order is placed (Mitutoyo’s Policy)
