REPAIR POLICY

  • Products that are defective due to a manufacturer defect or poor craftsmanship may be eligible for repair. Please contact HigherPrecision.com, LLC for a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) code in this instance.
  • Upon receiving a RGA code, products under warranty will be shipped back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
  • Products outside of the manufacturer’s warranty will be shipped directly back to the manufacturer for repair.
